Meet Audrey

 

Audrey Roberts, RYT 200

I began my yoga practice during a difficult time in my life, when I felt completely disconnected from my body and my emotions. Through the practice of mindful embodiment, I was able to reconnect with myself and begin to heal. I quickly knew I wanted to bring the peace I had discovered to others. In 2020, I completed my certification to teach yoga and began working to help others compassionately access the wisdom within themselves.
